Automatic mesh belt shot blasting machine for high-volume small steel parts such as cuplock scaffolding couplers and paver components. The continuous in/out flow removes the per-batch load/unload dwell that caps batch machines, so throughput tracks belt speed instead of batch count.
Read product details
Cuplock scaffolding couplers and paver components are produced in very large batches. Batch-type machines such as tumble or rotary tables still impose a load-and-unload dwell on every cycle, which caps real throughput. A mesh belt line keeps parts moving in and out without a per-batch stop, so hourly volume tracks belt speed and loading density rather than batch count.
The line brings small, repetitive steel parts to a SA 2.5 finish at high and steady volume, with the abrasive loop closed back to the separator. It is not the right tool below a certain part size or above a certain weight: parts that are too small fall through the mesh, and long or heavy pieces belong on a roller table. Exact belt pitch, speed and turbine count are set after we review your workpiece geometry, finish target and daily volume.
Send the part drawing or a sample, your required cleanliness standard, and your daily throughput target. We confirm mesh pitch, belt speed and turbine layout against your actual parts before building the line.
Share a photo or drawing, material, maximum dimensions and expected output. These details help us review a suitable configuration.

Continuous flow
A continuous through-type shot blasting line cleans structural sections, tubes and plates while they keep moving. This page explains how blast wheel placement, media recycling and dust routing are configured around the workpiece cross-section.

Continuous flow
An abrasive recovery system for continuous roller conveyor shot blasting lines closes the loop between the blast chamber and the media supply, so spent abrasive and workpiece debris are separated before the media returns to the wheels. Recovery quality determines consumable cost, wheel maintenance intervals and how consistently the line holds a given surface standard.
