Tumble Belt Shot Blasting Machine Q326 for Small Castings

Product description

Why a tumble belt, not a fixture line

Small and intricate castings — pipe fittings, brackets, clamps, hardware — arrive by the bin and cannot be hung or fixtured economically. The Q326 tumble belt chamber answers this by making the parts clean themselves: a rotating rubber belt keeps a moving bed of workpieces tumbling through a fixed blast zone, so every face meets the stream without any operator handling.

What the design buys you

  • Automatic unloading — once the timer ends, the belt reverses and discharges the batch into a bin or take-away conveyor, removing the manual scoop-out that slows open-door tumblers.
  • Gentle rubber belt — parts ride on a flexible belt instead of a steel flight, so thin walls and fragile edges are not dented during the tumble.
  • Cantilever blast wheels — overhung impellers throw media down onto the tumbling bed from above; blades pull out from outside the cabinet for a fast swap.
  • Pulse-jet cartridge filtration — fine casting dust is captured at the source, keeping the shop below exposure limits and the abrasive clean for reuse.

What it achieves, and where it stops

A Q326 line brings small castings to a uniform, paint-ready surface: scale, sand residue and rust come off in one timed pass, and mixed batches are handled by adjusting blast time rather than re-fixturing. It is the wrong machine for large flat plates, long shafts or heavy castings — those belong on a table, roller or hook line. For anything that fits the drum, the only real limit is workpiece geometry, which we confirm against a sample before configuration.
